Bag ban
Stockholm Pride is covered by the decision of the Swedish police about a total ban on bags. To ensure the safety of all our volunteers and guests as well as exhibitors, this has been extended by the Stockholm Pride safety organisation to include Pride House/Fair as well.
This means that no bags will be allowed into Pride Park or Pride House/Fair. The ban also covers plastic bags, tote bags and see through bags. Wallets and pouches that fit in your pocket are allowed.
Scope
All visitors to Pride Park and Pride House/Fair are covered by the bag ban.
Exceptions from the ban
The ban does not apply to:
- People who are working as volunteers, press, exhibitors, or participants in the programme.
- People with small children who need a diaper bag.
- People who have a medical need for a bag. If you require medicines, medical equipment, or similar items to visit, you may bring a bag. However, it is important that you only bring a bag that is big enough to fit the necessary items.
- Bags purchased in Pride Park and Pride House/Fair, but if you take the bag outside, you will not be allowed to bring it back in again.
Storage
Pride Park and Pride House/Fair will not be able to provide bag storage. The closest place to store bags is The Central Railway Station.
